Taos Architectural Copper is family-owned and operated in El Prado, NM. Since opening in 1996, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.
Every product we create is hand forged with care and engineered for ease of installation so that the needs of each individual customer are met.

Elijah, In training
John Nettles, the owner and operator of Taos Architectural Copper, graduated from George Washington University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He has been working with sheet metal for 18 years, always striving to give his customers exactly what they need.
Elijah is around the shop quite often. He is learning what it takes to be a sheet metal worker and helps his daddy do specific tasks, like riveting canales. Mostly, he runs around the shop and pretends to be a superhero.

Melissa, Office Manager
Melissa is the office manager at our shop, taking care of emails, paperwork and billing. You may sometimes see her assisting John with large pieces of sheet metal, but most of the time she is at her desk taking care of business.
